What we walked into
Desert Dental had a slow legacy site, no Spanish version despite a large Hispanic patient base, and was losing evening leads because WhatsApp was answered by the owner's phone. Weekend messages routinely went unanswered.
How we built it
The approach
We rebuilt the site on Next.js in English and Spanish, migrated every existing URL with 301 redirects, and installed an AI chatbot trained on their service menu, insurance list, and appointment hours.
