Monthly retainer plans

Retainer plans are ongoing services billed monthly in U.S. dollars. Current pricing:

• Maintain$350 USD/month
• Grow$640 USD/month
• Dominate$950 USD/month

Prices are per month, in USD, and exclude any applicable taxes. We may change plan pricing with at least 30 days' written notice to your billing email; the new price applies from your next billing cycle.

Services

We offer two types of engagement. One-time projects (landing pages, web systems, site upgrades) are governed by a separate written contract signed by both parties, with clearly defined scope, timeline, fixed price, and deliverables.

Monthly retainer plans are ongoing services — maintenance, hosting management, SEO and reporting — delivered continuously for as long as the subscription is active. The specific deliverables of each plan are the ones listed on our plans page at the time you subscribe.

Billing and renewal

Retainer subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

When you subscribe, you authorize a recurring charge: the plan amount is charged immediately, and then automatically on the same day of each month until you cancel. Your subscription renews automatically for successive one-month terms.

Stripe emails you a receipt for every charge. If a payment fails, Stripe retries it over several days; if it still fails, we may suspend the service until the balance is settled.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee and no minimum term. There is no notice period.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Your service stays active until that date, and no further charges are made after it.

To cancel, use the billing portal link on your subscription confirmation page, or email info@lobostech.net from the address you subscribed with. We confirm every cancellation in writing.

Refunds

Because the work in a retainer month is performed continuously throughout that month, payments already made are not refunded and partial months are not prorated. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the current month.

This does not apply to billing errors. If you were charged in error, charged twice, or charged after a confirmed cancellation, contact us within 60 days and we refund the incorrect amount in full.

Your responsibilities

To deliver a retainer plan we need timely access to your website, hosting, domain, and analytics accounts. Delays in providing access do not pause billing.

You confirm you own, or are authorized to manage, the properties we work on, and that any content you supply does not infringe third-party rights.

What is not included

Retainer plans do not include third-party costs billed to you directly (domain registration, paid advertising budgets, premium plugin or software licenses), full redesigns, or new custom development beyond the hours stated in your plan. We quote that work separately.

Intellectual property

Once a project is paid in full, you own the deliverables produced for you. This website, its contents, and our internal tooling remain the property of LobosTech LLC.

Liability

We deliver our services with professional care, but we do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic volumes, or revenue outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States. We may update them; the effective date above always reflects the current version, and material changes to active subscriptions are notified by email.
