Privacy Policy

LobosTech respects your privacy. We only collect information you voluntarily provide through contact forms and chatbot conversations, solely to respond and qualify your business inquiry. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Data is stored encrypted and deleted after 24 months of inactivity. You can request deletion at any time by emailing info@lobostech.net.

Payments. Subscriptions to our monthly plans are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers — we neither see nor store the full number. To manage the recurring charge we share your name, email, and billing address with Stripe, and receive back the subscription status and the last four digits of the card. Stripe's handling of that data is governed by its own privacy policy.

Providers we use. Vercel (hosting and analytics), Stripe (payments and billing), Resend (transactional email delivery), and OpenAI (chatbot responses). Each one accesses only the data required to perform its function.
